My original interest in massage was from my aunt in the Philippines who was a licensed massaged therapist that worked in a clinic. Because she was helping so many people with discomfort, I realized that perhaps I could help people in the same way. I completed my training in basic massage therapy in 1996 and became nationally certified and licensed to practice massage in Florida. Over my 15 years of being a Licensed massage Therapist, I have education and have experience in aromatherapy, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, myofascial release, thermo- therapeutics (hot stone), Medical massage, acupressure, Thai massage, and active isolated stretching.
