My original interest in massage was from my aunt in the Philippines who was a licensed massaged therapist that worked in a clinic. Because she was helping so many people with discomfort, I realized that perhaps I could help people in the same way.

I completed my training in basic massage therapy in 1996 and became nationally certified and licensed to practice massage in Florida. Over my 12- 13 years of being a Licensed massage Therapist, I have education and have experience in aromatherapy, neuromuscular trigger point therapy, myofascial release, thermotherapeutics (hot stone), Medical massage, accupressure, thai massage, and active isolated stretching. I have learned to incorporate different techniques into my massage to better be of service to my clients.
